Refund & Cancellation

At Bullseye Pools & Patios LLC, we value your time and commitment. Please review our policy on refunds and cancellations below.

1. Refunds

• No refunds will be issued for completed services, including pool cleaning, repairs, equipment installation, labor, or construction.

• Refunds are only available for prepaid services that are canceled before any work begins and before parts have been purchased.

2. Cancellations

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service appointment.

• If parts have already been ordered or purchased for your job, refunds may be denied.

3. No Cancellation Fees

We do not charge a cancellation fee, provided that proper notice is given.

4. Rescheduling

• Clients may reschedule by calling or messaging us directly.

• No credits are issued for rescheduled services. Prepayment will be applied to the new date.

5. Prepayment Policy

All services require full prepayment. This secures your place on our schedule and allows us to prepare necessary materials and labor.
